Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting a request on the information resource, the website https://teh-intel.ru/, I hereby, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and with no impairment of my legal capacity, give my specific, substantive, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data by Intelligence Technologies LLC (INN 3665835541, registered under the laws of the Russian Federation at the address: 394018, Voronezh, Platonova St., 11/1, apt. 29) (the “Operator”) when I contact it, including through the website https://teh-intel.ru/ and its subdomains (the “Site”), in accordance with the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy.

Acceptance of this consent to the processing of personal data is expressed by ticking the “✓” box in the field “consent to the processing of my personal data” in accordance with the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy.

Consent is given to the processing of personal data both without and with the use of automation tools.

Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data of mine: first name, phone number; email address; user data (location information, OS type and version, browser type and version, device type and screen resolution; the source from which the user came to the site; from which website or through which advertisement; OS and browser language; which pages the user opens and which buttons the user clicks; IP address and cookies), as well as other publicly available information about me. The personal data are not publicly available.

Purposes of personal data processing:

• handling inquiries and requests received on the website https://teh-intel.ru/;
• providing access to the services, information and/or materials contained on the website https://teh-intel.ru/;
• analytics of visits to the website (Yandex Metrica). Data: IP address, cookies, browser and device type, behavior on the website.

The grounds for the processing of personal data are Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”; and this Consent of the website visitor to the processing of personal data.

In the course of processing, the following actions may be performed with the personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

I have hereby been notified by the Company that the intended users of the personal data are the Company’s employees, as well as persons engaged by the Company under civil law contracts.

I have been informed that:

• this Consent to the processing of my personal data is valid indefinitely and may be withdrawn by my sending a written application to the Operator or by sending a corresponding request to the Operator’s email address: inbox@teh-intel.ru. The date of withdrawal is deemed to be the day following the day on which the written application withdrawing the website user’s Consent to the processing of personal data is delivered to the Operator (or on which such a request is received at the Operator’s email address);
• I have the right to access my personal data and to demand the rectification (updating, modification) of my personal data, as well as the deletion and destruction of my personal data if the Operator processes them in violation of my lawful rights and interests or the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• if the Consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn, the Operator is entitled to continue processing personal data without my consent where there are grounds specified in clauses 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”.

By this Consent, I confirm that I am the subject of the personal data provided and confirm the reliability of the data provided.
