The problem

In any business system, value leaks where processes, departments and IT systems meet

  • Data scattered across systems

Information lives in 1C (the leading accounting and ERP platform in Russia and the CIS), CRM, Excel, in-house software and employees’ personal spreadsheets. Executives and departments work with different versions of the numbers

  • Routine work

Employees re-enter the same data, move it between systems, compile reports and check information by hand

  • Weak control

Orders, operations and deadlines get lost between the people responsible. Errors surface only after they have already hit the results

  • Limits of off-the-shelf systems

Packaged products ignore how the company actually works. Workarounds and inconsistent customizations pile up

  • Management accounting that lags

Much of the management information only appears after manual collection, reconciliation and reporting

  • A disconnected IT landscape

Individual programs do their jobs, but data, employee actions, analytics and control of results remain split between them

How we work

We define the result before development starts

Before designing the system, we record how the process actually runs, its constraints, the target result and the criteria for judging the change

Agreed before development
  • Current state

Process logic, operation times, manual steps, errors, data flows

  • Constraints

Existing systems, data quality, security, required integrations

  • Target state

What changes, what gets automated, where the system’s responsibility ends

  • Success criteria

Operation times, manual steps, errors, financial results — where their impact can be calculated with evidence

Personal demo

Test the core logic of your digital product before full-scale development

A personal demo* on your company’s data, delivered in 2 weeks

You get
  • an agreed scenario
  • work on your own data
  • a sample product interface
  • financial metrics analysis
  • detected deviations
  • a data quality assessment
  • directions for development
  • a refined project scope
Before any data is shared
  • data scope
  • transfer method
  • where it is stored
  • access rights
  • confidentiality terms
  • deletion or retention procedure

Connecting to your systems and testing on real scenarios

    Result: ready for launch

  8. 08

    Launch and support

Go-live, issue resolution, warranty and post-warranty support

    Result: a working digital product

Security and guarantees

Security and accountability are built into the architecture and the contract

Requirements for hosting, access, confidentiality and support are defined before development and set out in the contract

  • Data handling

NDA and contractual obligations, an agreed transfer procedure, secure connections, role-based access, compliance with the Russian personal data law (152-FZ)

  • Hosting

Cloud, dedicated project infrastructure, servers on your side, data center capacity, integration with your existing IT landscape

  • Quality control

Technical design, CTO involvement, stage-by-stage testing on real scenarios, agreed acceptance criteria

  • Warranty and support

Warranty obligations and the limits of responsibility are set out in the contract; after the warranty, we support and develop the product

FAQ

Answers to common concerns

Updated

How will your team understand the specifics of our business?

Work starts with interviews with the owner, managers and the employees directly involved in the process. The team studies how data moves, what employees do, how departments interact and where existing systems fall short. Our understanding of the task is confirmed by a concept and a personal demo

How do you check technical feasibility?

Feasibility is assessed after analyzing the data, integrations, constraints and the required architecture. For a complex hypothesis we build a personal demo — it lets you test the key scenario before full-scale development

Why not use an off-the-shelf solution?

Existing products should be assessed first. Custom development is justified when a standard solution ignores critical processes, requires many workarounds, doesn’t integrate with your current systems, limits business growth, or ends up costing more once customization and operation are factored in

How are the timeline and cost determined?

Timeline and cost depend on the feature set, the number of integrations, the quality of the source data, security requirements, architectural complexity and how involved your departments are. They are fixed after the interviews, a check of the key logic and agreement on the project scope

How do you measure the economic impact?

Baseline metrics and target changes are recorded before development. After launch we compare operation times, the number of manual steps, processing speed, error counts, costs and other available metrics. If a direct impact on profit cannot be proven, we don’t promise an exact financial return in advance

Who is responsible for the system after launch?

Warranty obligations and the limits of responsibility are set out in the contract. After the warranty ends, we can provide technical support, monitoring and further product development
